All the villages and sites are less than 35 km from our lodgings except the Pont du Gard and Les Saintes Maries de la Mer (Camargue) which are a little further away.

Many festivals in the Vaucluse are offered in spring and summer: Festival d'Avignon, Chorégies d'Orange, Choralies de Vaison la Romaine...

You will have the opportunity to discover the mythical cities of the South of France, shaped by history: Orange, Vaison-la-Romaine, Avignon and its Palace of the Popes as well as the many museums.
Vaison-la-Romaine, ancient city, the city is a must for lovers of history and architecture. The Roman bridge, the archaeological remains, the ancient theater are unmissable.
Beaumes-ce-Venise has also preserved historical remains to discover: parish church (16th century), chapel of Notre-Dame d'Aubune (9th and 10th centuries), prehistoric caves of Ambrosi and Rocalinaud, remains of the feudal castle ( 12th century), the old heart of the village, the ramparts, the fountains...

WINE TOURISM AND GASTRONOMY

Our lodgings are the ideal starting point to embark on one of the itineraries of the Côtes du Rhône wine route. The vines of our estate are also an invitation to discover the grape varieties of the sector. You can taste our wines in the cellar of the Domaine and in particular our famous Muscat from Beaumes-de-Venise as well as all our Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Ventoux wines. Your hosts know a few addresses of their own, in the neighboring towns of Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Cairanne. They will be happy to share them.
Finally, you will be seduced by the summer wine festivals in the Côtes du Rhône, Ventoux and Luberon.

Shops, the famous markets of Provence and restaurants are close to our holiday rentals. Depending on the season, you can discover local specialties such as truffles, olives and their by-products, asparagus, melon, strawberries, cherries, berlingot, candied fruit or the thirteen Provençal Christmas desserts. ..
